And Sow it Began

There is snow on the ground and it is the first week in April.  How can I Sow my garden with all this fluffy white stuff everywhere?  I have one small garden planted with peas, spinach, oriental cabbage, and a few other cold tolerant leafy veggies. Another small garden is planted with cruciferous veggies and lettuce.  This one has a hoop house over the top.  I haven't noticed that the plants are growing much.  I think it has been toooooo cold.  Hope it warms up soon.
